Twice a year, an event comes around that we are so excited to fly out some of our team members to participate in. That event is the John Maxwell IMC event!
We don’t go for the reason you might think – instead, we get a bit more involved with the stores there.
Over the years, we have been able to establish an amazing relationship with John Maxwell and his team, so when they have an event, we go and help manage their stores!
Our team members load up in a plane, fly down to Florida, arrive at the event center, and get to work setting up the event stores.
Between sessions, our team then handles the sales, matching items to the brochures we create for their stores, and help event attendees get the gear they want!
It is during the sessions that our team will reorganize the store and get it ready for the next rush.
We have to give major props to our team who takes time away from their family so they can go and serve one of our customers on an unprecedented level, which is why we have been so fortunate to work with companies like John Maxwell!
The relationship between the John Maxwell Team and USImprints has even grown to the point that we have implemented John Maxwell’s 360˚ Leader in our onboarding process. This falls directly under our core value of “We Grow Leaders,” and we believe leadership is NOT the position you hold, but it IS the influence you have.
So while our team is in Florida working the John Maxwell IMC event, we want to let them know we are thinking of them and wishing them the best of time!
